MADRID, Nov. 18 (Xinhua) -- Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez on Tuesday announced a 615-million-euro (712.2 million U.S. dollars) aid package for Ukraine.
Sanchez made the announcement after meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in Madrid, who is visiting Spain.
According to Sanchez, 300 million euros from the package will go toward defense equipment. (1 euro = 1.16 U.S. dollar) Enditem
