British Prime Minister David Cameron has arrived in the Gulf region for a three-day visit, to push the sale of BAE fighter jets.
Cameroon arrived in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates on Monday, where he attended a trade show. Cameron will showcase the Typhoon fighter jet to Emirati ministers who have shown interest in purchasing up to 60 of the aircraft.

He is also expected to discuss developing a "strategic air defence relationship", including potential collaboration on military aerospace equipment with UAE officials. Cameron’s office added that Saudi Arabia has also signalled interest in placing a second "substantial" order of Typhoon jets, on top of the 72 jets they have already acquired.
