Communication company erects a vehicle-carried antenna to maintain the stability of cell phone signals in Beicheying Village of Fangshan District in Beijing, capital of China, July 29, 2012. Fangshan District suffered a lot during the rain-triggered disaster on July 21. The reconstruction is ongoing.
